Awards to New Mexico organizations and individuals to recognize outstanding efforts to advance diversity and equality in the workplace. The award is intended to recognize leading business managers and organizations that contribute significantly to promoting inclusion and equity across all areas of diversity, including age, disability, gender, sexual orientation, race, and religion. Finalists will be recognized at the awards event on Nov., 14, 2021 and also in a special publication Nov. 15, 2021.

Award Categories:

  • Outstanding Diversity in an Organization (Public/Private/Nonprofit): his award intends to recognize organizations of all sizes in all industries that have committed to a diverse workforce and have programs, initiatives, resources and/or community involvement advancing the promotion of diversity in their workplace.
  • Diversity Champion (Executive): This award recognizes leaders in New Mexico businesses and organizations that have promoted initiatives, resources and/or community involvement in advancing diversity in their workplace and/or community.
  • Diversity Champion (Organization): This award recognizes organizations in New Mexico that, as part of their mission, promote initiatives and resources to advance diversity in New Mexico.
