Loans of up to $50,000 to California Latino-owned small businesses in eligible locations to offset financial challenges caused by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) health crisis. Eligible uses of funding include working capital, inventory, payroll, commercial rent, and other expenses. Eligible businesses are located in San Francisco.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

If you are a Latino business owner in San Francisco, and have been financially affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, you are encouraged to complete a Loan Inquiry Form for the Latino Small Business Fund.

- Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) or Social Security Number (SSN)
- Business located in San Francisco — with address in San Francisco
- Valid San Francisco Business License
- Be a for-profit business in good standing
- Business annual revenues less than $2,500,000
- No city/county tax liens or judgments
- Demonstrate a 25% drop in revenues since January 1, 2020
- The applicant must be small under SBA size requirements
- Have not received an SF HELP Loan
- Have not previously received a PPP loan of more than $150,000

Pre-Application Information:

Loan Inquiry Form will be open until 11:59pm on January 14, 2021. Due to expected high demand, businesses will be selected via a lottery to formally submit an application once the Loan Inquiry Form is closed.
