Grants to Pennsylvania individuals and businesses within the fishing sector for support during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) health crisis. Funding is intended to assist commercial and charter fishery-related businesses that have been financially impacted by the pandemic. Grants are available to seafood processors, wholesaler dealers/distributors, and aquaculture operations; commercial fishing enterprises; recreational for-hire fishing businesses; and bait and tackle operations.
Applicants will be required to provide documentation of a sustained greater than 35% loss in revenue due to COVID-19 for any consecutive four-week period of time between March 19 and June 30, 2020, compared to an average of the same time period from 2015 to 2019.
