Grants to Minnesota county governments, Indian tribes, and multicounty social services collaboratives to support programs that benefit residents with disabilities and allow them to continue living in their community. Funding is intended to help local governments incorporate housing resources into their human service delivery systems. Grants are available to support outreach; housing resource specialists; and the administration of the Minnesota Housing Support program.

The term of any resulting contract is anticipated to be for two years, from July 1, 2021 until June 30, 2023. The STATE may extend the contract up to a total of five (5) years.
