Grants to California nonprofit organizations for in-prison programs. Funding is intended to develop and implement activities and projects related to prisoner rehabilitation, including but not limited to research and strategic planning to enhance program expansion, efficacy, and delivery; training for delivering trauma-informed programming in institutions; and technology and systems improvements for program development and delivery. The Rehabilitative Investment Grants for Healing and Transformation (RIGHT) supports programs in the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR).
