Grants to North Carolina nonprofit organizations in eligible counties to improve the quality of life for local residents. Applicants must submit a pre-qualifying form prior to submitting a full proposal. Funding is intended for programs within the focus areas of education, health, economic security, and basic needs. Eligible applicants are located in and serve Bladen, Hoke, and Robeson Counties. Funding requests that address housing, food, and utility support over the long term will be given priority consideration.

Estimated Size of Grant:
Programs must be in operation for a minimum of three years.
