Grant Description
Grants of up to $5,000 to Arkansas nonprofit arts and cultural organizations to support general operations. Priority funding is intended to assist organizations led by or emphasizing programs for Black, Indigenous, and other People of Color, and to promote geographic diversity among the grant recipients. Grants can be used to maintain vital arts programming and provide or expand new arts programming that is otherwise inaccessible or limited to the organization’s target audience.

This program aims to target resources at organizations that focus on the work of historically marginalized racial and ethnic communities. The selection committee will prioritize identifying a slate of grant recipients that includes strong representation from organizations led by and serving BIPOC communities. The selection committee will also take into consideration the demographics of the specific geographic communities served by applicants.
