7. Grants to Black individuals working in the hospitality industry are available for mental health support during the Coronavirus crisis. 
8. Financial assistance is available to individuals for pet care while the owner has medical issues related to COVID. 
9. Grants are available to nonprofits and charitable organizations for a wide range of community benefit activities, including COVID relief.
10. Finally, grants are available to nonprofits and municipal agencies to benefit animals that have suffered from neglect during the Coronavirus pandemic.
