In honor of these institutions&#8217; contributions, we would like to share 8 college scholarships and fellowships currently available on our site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Getting a college education is important when it comes to obtaining the skills and knowledge necessary to find a job. However, over the years, the price of gaining a college degree has increased substantially. This makes it harder to provide access to equal education opportunities. For this reason, it is imperative to make sure there are many college scholarships available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Without scholarships, many students are forced to take out student loans to pay for an education. According to the organization, <a href=\"https:\/\/scholarshipamerica.org\/blog\/five-incredible-stats-about-the-importance-of-scholarships\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Scholarship America<\/a>, &#8220;the total amount of U.S. student debt has reached&nbsp;$1.53 trillion.&#8221; This moves student loans to the second-largest source of debt, falling behind mortgage debt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Overall, scholarships can help ease the stress of paying for college. However, many people hesitate to apply for scholarships, because they think there will be too much competition. Although, according to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/educationdata.org\/how-do-people-pay-for-college\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Education Data Initiative<\/a>, there are enough public and private scholarships available for every full-time student to receive $9,744. So, do not give up! There is a scholarship out there for you, all you have to do is find it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Top 8 College Scholarships and Fellowships<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Scholarships of $1,000 are open to <a href=\"https:\/\/grantwatch.com\/grant\/184711\/scholarships-to-usa-high-school-seniors-and-university-and-college-freshmen-for-full-time-studies.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">U.S high school seniors and university and college students<\/a> in their first year of full-time studies. <\/li><li>Grants are available to <a href=\"https:\/\/grantwatch.com\/grant\/174418\/grants-to-usa-ihes-to-provide-scholarships-for-undergraduate-and-graduate-cybersecurity-students.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">IHEs for scholarship programs<\/a> for students at all levels of tertiary education who are studying cybersecurity.  <\/li><li>In addition, scholarships of up to GBP 2,000 to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grantwatch.com\/grant\/134049\/scholarships-for-israel-university-students-to-study-at-ihes-in-the-united-kingdom.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">students from Israel attending United Kingdom IHEs<\/a> to advance their educational pursuits in any subject. <\/li><li>Scholarship to a Yukon student <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grantwatch.com\/grant\/181486\/scholarship-to-a-yukon-student-for-post-secondary-academic-pursuits-in-environmental-studies.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">to support higher educational studies<\/a> in the environmental studies field.<\/li><li>Fellowships are also open to Israel mid-career professionals <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grantwatch.com\/grant\/181186\/fellowships-to-israel-mid-career-professionals-to-study-at-united-states-universities.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">to study and gain professional experience<\/a> for one year at a U.S. university. <\/li><li>Additionally, there are fellowships for U.S. immigrants and children of immigrants <a href=\"https:\/\/grantwatch.com\/grant\/195794\/fellowships-to-usa-immigrants-and-children-of-immigrants-for-graduate-school-support.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">for graduate school support.<\/a> The program is for promising young adults who are pursuing advanced degrees in any field.<\/li><li>Grants of $2,500 and in-kind consultation services are available to a high school senior, university, or trade school student.
