With grants, if you win funding, then you do not pay it back.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So where can a small business find these grants? You can try searching the internet for free, but you may run into grants that are outdated or from questionable sources. There are also grant search databases where you can find small business grants that are researched thoroughly and sorted by keyword and category. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grantwatch.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>GrantWatch<\/strong><\/a> is a popular online service that does just that! Some organizations also choose to hire a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.grantwatch.com\/grantnews\/grantwriterteam-unveils-new-business-model\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">grant writer<\/a><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.grantwatch.com\/grantnews\/grantwriterteam-unveils-new-business-model\/\"> <\/a>to help write the grants for them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Types of Grant Categories<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>There are grants for a wide range of categories and industries. Some of these grant categories include <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.grantwatch.com\/cat\/3\/capital-funding-grants.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Capital Funding<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.grantwatch.com\/cat\/16\/entrepreneurs-and-startups-grants.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Entrepreneurs and Startups<\/a><\/strong>, Black, Indigenous, and People of Color <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.grantwatch.com\/cat\/53\/bipoc-grants.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">(BIPOC)<\/a><\/strong>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grantwatch.com\/cat\/38\/veterans-and-military-grants.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Veterans<\/strong> <strong>and Military<\/strong><\/a>.  Funding for grants can come from local, state, or federal governments, as well as private foundations and corporations. Today, GrantWatch is sharing 10 of the latest grants available for small businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10 Small Business Grants<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Grants are available to U.S., Canada, and International modest-sized <a href=\"https:\/\/grantwatch.com\/grant\/209525\/grants-to-usa-canada-and-international-modest-sized-businesses-and-startups-for-innovative-projects-to-develop-clean-technologies.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>businesses and startups<\/strong><\/a> to develop clean technologies that protect the environment.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>There are also grants available to <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/grantwatch.com\/grant\/161426\/grants-to-usa-small-businesses-to-develop-agriculture-and-energy-technology.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">small businesses<\/a><\/strong> for research addressing sustainable agriculture and renewable energy technology.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Funding of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/grantwatch.com\/grant\/196317\/grants-and-in-kind-support-to-usa-black-female-business-owners-to-foster-business-growth.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">$20,000 and in-kind<\/a><\/strong> support are offered to Black female small business owners to foster the growth of their businesses. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Grants of $10,000 are available to U.S. and Puerto Rico<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/grantwatch.com\/grant\/199979\/grants-to-usa-restaurants-to-recover-from-damages-caused-by-natural-disasters.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> restaurants<\/a><\/strong> for disaster relief and operating expenses.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Additionally, Grants of $25,000 are open to U.S. and Puerto Rico <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/grantwatch.com\/grant\/199495\/grants-to-usa-and-puerto-rico-for-profits-to-support-business-development.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">for-profit organizations<\/a><\/strong> to support business development.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Grants are also available to <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/grantwatch.com\/grant\/184702\/grants-to-usa-small-businesses-for-research-related-to-the-commercialization-of-technologies.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">small businesses<\/a><\/strong> for research related to the commercialization of technologies.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Opportunities exist for <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/grantwatch.com\/grant\/202035\/opportunity-for-usa-canada-and-international-emerging-companies-to-participate-in-a-business-development-program.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">startups<\/a><\/strong> to participate in a business development program in the U.S.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Booksellers, bookstore owners, and comic store owners may be eligible for <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/grantwatch.com\/grant\/189304\/grants-to-usa-book-and-comic-book-store-owners-and-employees-for-financial-assistance-during-crises.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">financial assistance<\/a><\/strong> to help with unforeseen events and circumstances.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Grants are also available to small specialty <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/grantwatch.com\/grant\/204140\/grants-to-usa-small-specialty-crop-businesses-to-offset-expenses-related-to-safety-regulations-and-requirements.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">crop businesses<\/a><\/strong> to offset expenses related to safety regulations and requirements.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Lastly, funding of $2,500 and in-kind services are available to an <a href=\"https:\/\/grantwatch.com\/grant\/201537\/grant-and-in-kind-services-to-a-usa-entrepreneur-to-start-or-expand-a-business.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>individual entrepreneur <\/strong><\/a>to start or expand their business.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>About GrantWatch<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p><em>With close to <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.grantwatch.com\/grant-search.php?search=advanced\"><em>8,000 grants<\/em><\/a><em> currently available, <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.grantwatch.com\/\"><em>GrantWatch.com<\/em><\/a><em> is the leading grant listing directory.
