Everyone needs love, but during challenging times, a little more heart and soul is definitely in order. Who doesn\u2019t have fond memories of receiving a valentine from a secret crush? Or, making plans with a loved one for a special night out to celebrate? Their general complaint of course is that it prioritizes materialistic expression of love over genuine emotional connection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Universal What, Now?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

This Valentine\u2019s Day, let’s push some boundaries and explore an idea that we may have forgotten about. This concept may be difficult to understand and even harder to put into practice. The theory itself is old but applies to our present world more than ever. It\u2019s called Universal Love and what better day to put it into practice than Valentine\u2019s Day?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Essentially, it is about generating the feeling of love for everyone and everything. This means not just people who are part of our everyday lives, or even just people we like, but all people. When many of us think about love, it\u2019s our families, friends, pets, and partners who spring to mind. Universal Love breaks us out of that box. Because, honestly, if you boil it down to its bare bones, it\u2019s simply about spreading the love. So, let\u2019s really spread that love! We can take that concept even further and spread it to all living beings and the planet itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spread Love and Kindness<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s a fact, you never know what the person beside you is struggling with. This is not to say you need to be intrusive. Instead, simply keep the thought in mind and behave accordingly. Consider this: Is it possible you are the only person the neighbor you said hello to this morning has spoken to all week? Or, is your smile at the person behind you in line the only smile they received all day? Keep these exchanges and others close to your heart because they are not exclusive. Universal Love encompasses everyone, including you. Small acts of kindness are a win\/win in any situation. Sharing a smile, holding a door, or giving a sincere compliment are all small, feel-good ways to share the love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, let\u2019s try to be beacons of light for each other this Valentine\u2019s Day. Spread positivity, love, kindness and joy today. After all, it costs you nothing and the return is priceless.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  6. Additionally, there are grants of up to $10,000 to nonprofit organizations for community programs<\/a> <\/strong>that benefit local residents<\/li>
  7. There are also opportunities to nonprofit organizations for a wide variety of innovative programs<\/a> <\/strong>and projects that enhance lives and promote peace.<\/li>
  8. Lastly, there are grants to nonprofit organizations for activities that positively impact people<\/strong><\/a> around the world and their communities.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
