Funding for programs that provide housing, education, job training, and mentorship can help these children and young adults build a stable foundation for independence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a result, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.grantwatch.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">GrantWatch<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0has grants open for applications that provide support for children in foster care and youths aging out of the system. These grants help organizations provide healthy food, support care givers, provide medical treatment, and fund housing for young adults who have aged out of foster care.
