Possibilities range from visiting sick patients in the hospital, packing boxes for a food pantry, and even gardening at your local park.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Give a Shout Out &#8211; Bring awareness to this important day by talking about it on your social media accounts. The more people that know about this day, the better.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Donate &#8211; Donations can come in the form of time or money, so even if you&#8217;re a little strapped for cash, there are still ways that you can make a major difference.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Grants and Giving:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Efforts and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grantwatch.com\/grant\/178813\/grants-to-usa-central-and-eastern-europe-and-south-africa-nonprofits-and-agencies-to-promote-a-healthy-civil-society.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">initiatives by organizations<\/a> that aim to increase civic engagement, encourage charitable giving, and help communities make a positive change, may be eligible for grant funding.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do you know of someone who has made accomplishments in health-related philanthropy?
