WE REACH OUT TO YOUTH AND TO THOSE WHO WOULD NOT NORMALLY HAVE ACCESS TO SAILING AND MARINE EXPERIENCE BY OFFERING SAILING SCHOLARSHIPS, EDUCATION, AND BY SUPPORTING RELEVANT PROGRAMS AND ORGANIZATIONS.
