PARTICIPANTS IN OUR 3-DAY WORKSHOP: - GAIN AWARENESS OF THEIR OWN BEHAVIOR TENDENCIES AND HOW THOSE TENDENCIES IMPACT OTHERS, - LEARN HOW TO LISTEN TO UNDERSTAND AND SPEAK TO BE UNDERSTOOD, - CULTIVATE A MORE COMPASSIONATE PERSPECTIVE, - DEVELOP STRATEGIES FOR HANDLING DIFFICULT CONVERSATIONS IN 2021, CHAPMAN FOUNDATION CONDUCTED 36 WORKSHOPS SERVING 511 PARTICIPANTS IN 18 COMMUNITIES. ALUMNAE OF OUR WORKSHOPS ARE ALSO OFFERED A VARIETY OF IN-PERSON AND ONLINE LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES TO REINFORCE AND ENHANCE THE SKILLS LEARNED IN THE 3-DAY WORKSHOP.
