(THE "FOUNDATION") WAS ESTABLISHED TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE LONG-TERM ENHANCEMENT OF AUGUSTA UNIVERSITY, PROVIDING VOLUNTEER LEADERSHIP AND ASSISTANCE TO THE UNIVERSITY IN ITS DEVELOPMENT AND FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIES. IN ADDITION, THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES BROAD ADVICE, CONSULTATION, AND SUPPORT TO THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNIVERSITY.
