INTERMOUNTAIN HEALTH CENTERS (IMHC) IS A NONPROFIT CORPORATION WITH TWO MEMBERS. YELLOWSTONE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CENTER (YBHC) AND CLOUD PEAK COUNSELING CENTER (CPCC). YBHC AND CPCC ARE WYOMING NON-PROFIT, PUBLIC BENEFIT CORPORATIONS THAT PROVIDE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES TO WYOMING RESIDENTS ON A SLIDING SCALE FEE BASIS. IMHC WILL SECURE FUNDING FOR BOTH CENTERS TO PROVIDE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES THROUGH COTRACTS WITH THE WYOMING DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH DIVISIONS AND GRANTS.
