SPECIFICALLY, THE ORGANIZATION WAS FORMED TO HELP STRUGGLING FARMS IN WEST MARIN, CA AND THE CURRENT AND FORMER EMPLOYEES OF SAN FRANCISCO-AREA RESTAURANTS, COTOGNA, VERJUS, AND QUINCE, WHO HAVE BEEN LAID-OFF, FURLOUGHED, OR OTHERWISE FINANCIALLY IMPACTED BY THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, OR WHO MAY BE OTHERWISE IMPACTED BY A FUTURE PANDEMIC OR OTHER NATURAL DISASTER.
