PROVIDES A MODEL FOR HOLISTIC NEIGHBORHOOD REVITALIZATION TO BE IMPLEMENTED LOCALLY ALONG WITH FREE CONSULTING AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE THROUGH ITS OWN STAFF, CONTRACTORS, AND OTHER PARTNERS TO FURTHER DEEPEN AND MEASURE IMPACT IN SUCH NEIGHBORHOODS. SUPPORTS A NETWORK-WIDE COMMUNITY OF PRACTICE ACCELERATE IMPACT. WORKS TO MEASURE OUTCOMES AND COMMUNICATE RESULTS.
