Our mission is to provide volunteer emergency medical services (EMS) basic life support (BLS) services on a nonprofit basis, aid the suffering of the sick and injured to save lives; provide qualified BLS training to the general public when requested; to maintain all Squad equipment in operational readiness; provide a "standard of care" consistent with those acceptable for the state of New Jersey EMS health care providers; answer any emergency calls in the Borough of Deal and other municipalities, when requested to do so.
