annually to fund any project(s) used to purchase music, musical provide concerts and performances; to loan musical instruments; and to supplies, audiovisual equipment and teaching aids of all kinds; to scientific, literary or educational activities, including support of provide lessons for children and young adults; or contributions to organizations duly authorized to carry on charitable, religious, scientific, literary or educational activities, including support of the Marlboro Music School Inc and the Brattleboro Music Ctr. Inc. and generally to help provide for the music education of children and young adults within the State of Vermont.
