THESE MAY OR MAY NOT INCLUDE A BROAD VARIETY OF SERVICES, PROGRAMS, AND ACTIVITIES SERVING THE NEEDS OF THE ELDERLY AND THE DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED, ADVANCING PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH, LESSENING THE BURDENS OF GOVERNMENT, PROVIDING AFFORDABLE LOW INCOME HOUSING, PROMOTING EDUCATION, AND FINANCING, HOLDING, AND LEASING FACILITIES AND INFRASTRUCTURE IN CONNECTION WITH THESE PROGRAMS.
