SPECIAL ATTENTION WILL BE PAID TO THE RELATIONSHIP OF THE MISSION TO THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN SINCE CHILDHOOD EXPERIENCES PLAY A SIGNIFICANT ROLE IN LATER SOCIAL IMPACT.
