SHIELDS CARES IS AN EMPLOYEE MANAGED CHARITABLE FUND. THE OBJECTIVE IS TO BE RESPONSIVE AND ADDRESS THE TROUBLES OF OUR FELLOW EMPLOYEES. BY GROWING A POOL OF FUNDS PRIMARILY THROUGH THE DONATIONS OF CO-WORKERS, RESOURCES ARE AVAILABLE TO ASSIST THOSE WITH UNFORESEEN FINANCIAL AND MEDICAL NEEDS.
