ENTERED INTO A CONTRACT WITH THE CITY OF BILLINGS TO REHABILITATE, MAINTAIN COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RESTORATION, MAINTENANCE, AND RENTAL OF THE HISTORIC DEPOT FACILITY, AND TO PRESERVE AND REVITALIZE THE DEPOT AND MONTANA AVENUE.
