BEDOWIN - THE PURPOSE OF THE LOAN IS TO SUPPORT THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES: TRAINING EMERGING FUND MANAGERS FROM MINORITY AND OTHER UNDERREPRESENTED POPULATIONS FOR THE PURPOSE OF IMPROVING AND DEVELOPING THEIR CAPABILITIES AS FUND MANAGERS; EDUCATING INVESTORS ABOUT BARRIERS TO DIVERSITY IN FUND MANAGEMENT, INCLUDING INEQUITY, BIAS, AND DISCRIMINATION IN THE FIELD; AND APPROACHES TO COMBATTING SUCH INEQUITY, BIAS AND DISCRIMINATION TO PROMOTE DIVERSITY; AND PROVIDING MENTORING, EDUCATION, PEER-LEARNING, AND OTHER SUPPORT TO MANAGERS IN ORDER TO REDUCE INEQUITY, BIAS, AND DISCRIMINATION IN THE FIELD OF INVESTMENT FUND MANAGEMENT.
