THE FOUNDATION SUPPORTS THE TIGARD FESTIVAL OF BALLOONS, A FAMILY ORIENTED COMMUNITY FESTIVAL STRUCTURED TO PROVIDE FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITIES FOR LOCAL NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS WHILE CELEBRATING THE CITY OF TIGARD COMMUNITY. DUE TO COVID-19, THE 2021 TIGARD FESTIVAL OF BALLOONS WAS CANCLED.
