THE PROPERTY IS MAINTAINED AT NO COST TO THE BOY SCOUT COUNCIL FOR THEIR YOUTH DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES. INVESTMENT EARNINGS OF THE FOUNDATION ARE USED PRINCIPALLY TO DEFRAY THE COST OF REAL ESTATE TAXES AND OTHER CAPITAL EXPENDITURES IN DEVELOPMENT OF THE PHYSICAL PROPERTIES AT CAMP ROTARY.
