TDNA SERVES PRIMARILY LUCAS AND WOOD COUNTIES IN OHIO. SKILLED NURSING IS PROVIDED UNDER THE DIRECTION OF A PHYSICIAN AND INCLUDES HOME NURSING, THERAPIES AND THE FOLLOWING SPECIALTY PROGRAMS: WOUND CARE, OSTOMY CARE, RESTORATIVE CARE, DISEASE MANAGEMENT, AND MATERNAL AND CHILD HEALTH.
