THE ORGANIZATION IS FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING SCHOLARSHIP AND GRANTS TO STUDENTS WHO DEMONSTRATE ACADEMIC PROMISE AND ALSO FINANCIAL NEED. THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS, ACTING ON RECOMMENDATIONS FROM A SUBCOMMITTEE, WILL AWARD SCHOLARSHIP GRANTS TO INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE ACCEPTED TO UNDERGRADUATE, GRADUATE OR VOCATIONAL PROGRAMS AND WHO DEMONSTRATE A NEED FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. TO UNDERTAKE CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES TO ACCOMPLISH THE ABOVE PURPOSES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DONATIONS TO NON-PROFIT AND TAX EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS.
