Pita's Place is a Christ-centered recovery residence dedicated to empowering women overcoming substance use disorder through safe housing, structured support, life skills development, spiritual growth, and community partnerships. Our mission is to help every woman move from addiction to independence by restoring hope, rebuilding lives, and creating pathways to lasting recovery.

Transportation Assistance
Transportation to employment interviews, work, medical appointments, counseling, recovery meetings, and other essential services when needed.

Assistance applying for Medicaid, SNAP benefits, identification documents, and other supportive resources.
Family Restoration
Support for rebuilding healthy family relationships.
Parenting encouragement and referrals to family reunification resources when appropriate.

Target Audience

Pita's Place primarily serves adult women who are recovering from substance use disorder and are committed to building a new life in recovery. Many of the women we serve have experienced homelessness, incarceration, unemployment, trauma, domestic violence, or family separation as a result of addiction. Our program provides a safe, faith-centered environment where women receive housing, accountability, life skills, employment support, financial literacy education, spiritual guidance, and connections to community resources. By addressing the root causes of addiction and removing barriers to stability, we empower women to achieve long-term recovery, regain independence, reunite with their families, and become productive members of their communities.
