THE FUND PROVIDED SCHOLARSHIPS TO 66 STUDENTS PLANNING TO ATTEND POST-HIGH SCHOOL EDUCATION. THE SCHOLARSHIPS ARE AWARDED BASED ON BEING A DECENDENT OF ANY PERSON THAT LIVED OR IS LIVING IN SOLON AND CENTERVILLE TOWNSHIPS AND HAS DEMONSTRATED FINANCIAL NEED WITH A PREFERENCE FOR BEING IN THE CONSTRUCTION, ENGINEERING OR MUSIC FIELDS. THE SELECTION PROCESS IS OVERSEEN BY A THIRD PARTY ORGANIZATION AND IS NOT INFLUENCED BY THE DIRECTORS OF THE FUND.
