THE PURPOSE OF THE WPMCA FOUNDATION INC., SHALL INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO, THE CONDUCT OF SCHOLARSHIP, EDUCATIONAL, SAFETY, AND RESEARCH ACTIVITIES RELATED TO THE PETROLEUM MARKETING INDUSTRY AND CONVENIENCE STORE INDUSTRY, AND THE FURTHERANCE OF FREE ENTERPRISE. THE WPMCA FOUNDATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES; TO ENGAGE IN ACTIVITIES RELATING TO THOSE PURPOSES; AND TO INVEST IN, RECEIVE, HOLD, USE AND DISPOSE OF ALL PROPERTY, REAL OR PERSONAL, AS MAY BE NECESSARY OR DESIRABLE TO FULFILL THOSE PURPOSES; SUCH PURPOSES SHALL INCLUDE THE MAKING OF DISTRIBUTIONS TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT QUALIFY AS EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE, OR THE CORRESPONDING SECTION OF ANY FUTURE FEDERAL TAX CODE.
