Grants are made according to Trust Agreement date December 19,1979. Keybank as Trustee, distributes net income as follows: 100% to Everson Museum of Art of Syracuse and Onondaga County. Keybank maintains a responsiveness to the needs and activities of the beneficiary organization in the attainment of its mission. The charity has a right to remove the Trustee, authority to direct or approve investments, authority to appoint Co-Trustees orc ommittee members and authority to withdraw principal.
