THE ORGANZIATION BY ITSELF OR IN PARTNERSHIP WITH OTHER GOVERNMENTAL, SOCIAL OR BUSINESS ORGANIZATIONS PLAN AND DEVELOPE PROGRAMS TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEMS AND IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR THE RESIDENTS, EMPLOYERS,EMPLOYEES AND VISITORS TO THE METROPOLITAN COATESVILLE, PENNSYLVANIA AREA.
