THE FUND WAS ESTABLISHED TO PROVIDE LOW-INTEREST LOANS TO QUALIFIED STUDENTS IN FRANKLIN COUNTY FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES. DURING 2021 LOANS WERE MADE TO 21 STUDENTS. A TOTAL OF 525 LOANS ARE CURRENTLY OUTSTANDING.THE LOAN ADMINISTRATION FEES FOR THE LOANS WERE TOTALING $16,653.
