THE PURPOSE OF THE PROVIDENCE BUILDING SANITARY AND EDUCATIONAL ASSOCIATION IS TO PROVIDE DECENT, SANITARY, AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR THE LABORING CLASS RESIDENTS OF PROVIDENCE, RI AND TO PROVIDE FOR BETTER EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR THEIR CHILDREN.
