- The purpose of Malta House is to disrupt the cycle of homelessness for young women by providing resources to pregnant and parenting mothers and their at-risk children toward their future independence and success in the community. By providing housing, child care, life-skills and vocational education combined with ongoing support, Malta House is creating empowerment for the most vulnerable women and their young children in Connecticut, toward their safe and healthy futures.
