ITS MISSION IS ESSENTIALLY TWOFOLD. FIRST, TO PROVIDE GOODS AND SERVICES DIRECTLY TO THE POOR AND NEEDY. SECONDLY, THE ORGANIZATION ACTS AS CONDUIT IN THE BROADER NETWORK OF SOCIAL SERVICES.
