THE SPOONER CEMETERY ASSOCIATION IS COMMITTED TO THE CARE OF THE GRAVES OF THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN ENTRUSTED TO THE CARE OF THE ASSOCIATION AND AS SUCH THE SPOONER CEMETERY ASSOCIATION ACTS AS A CUSTODIAN OF A HISTORICAL LANDMARK AND ITS RECORDS.
