TFI FOUNDATION, INC. PROVIDES LEASING SERVICES TO TELLURIAN, INC., A RELATED NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION. LEASED PREMISES INCLUDE SPACE FOR PROGRAM SERVICES SUCH AS ADULT RESIDENTIAL SERVICES, TRANSITIONAL HOUSING, CRISIS STABILIZATION, AND OUTPATIENT SERVICES, AS WELL AS SPACE FOR ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIVITIES.
