THE FOUNDATION OPERATES SKILLED NURSING FACILITIES, ADULT DAY CARE PROGRAMS, ASSISTED LIVING FACILITIES, SENIOR HOUSING FACILITIES, AND POST-SURGICAL FACILITIES, WITH THE GOAL OF ENHANCING HUMAN DIGNITY AND GROWTH BY PROVIDING HIGH QUALITY CHRISTIAN-BASED SERVICE TO RESIDENTS OF THE CHIPPEWA VALLEY.
