Excellence and Ambition INC

We provide soft skills, professionalism training, entrepreneurship, and workforce development for youth age 14-24. We have a mission to ensure that every adult professional who works with youth has the ability to support young people to have positive social, economic, and educational outcomes. We also provide our services to offer administrative support to other organizations who work with youth. E and A also works with grassroots organizations, start ups, and community based social enterprises to create systems to streamline operations that allow them to get into position for success moving forward. These administrative support services include professional development workshops, observation, evaluation services, and implementation of Quality Improvement Plans for Out of School Time (OST) programs.
