THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES SCHOLARSHIPS, GRANTS, AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS TO MULTICULTURAL STUDENTS PURSUING A CAREER IN ADVERTISING. ADDITIONALLY, THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES FUNDING TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT ENGAGE ALL LEVELS OF MULTICULTURAL TALENT THAT MAY NOT OTHERWISE CONSIDER ADVERTISING AS A CAREER OPTION, IN ORDER TO DEVELOP NEW SOURCES FROM WHICH TO RECURIT AND NEW METHODS TO DEVELOP TALENT FOR THE INDUSTRY.
