THE FOUNDATION DISBURSES FUNDS IT RAISES AND EARNS ON THE ENDOWMENT TO NPR INC. FOR THE OPERATION, PROMOTION, DEVELOPMENT, CAPITAL EXPANSION, AND OTHER VALID PURPOSES OF NPR INC.
