THE CULPEPPER GARDEN PROJECTS (THE PROJECTS) ARE REGULATED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HUD) AS TO RENT CHARGES AND OPERATING METHODS. THE PROJECTS ARE LOCATED IN ARLINGTON, VIRGINIA, AND CONSIST OF 63 AND 73 UNITS, RESPECTIVELY. ARHC DOES NOT DISCRIMINATE ON THE BASIS OF RACE, SEX, AGE, RELIGION, OR NATIONAL ORIGIN.
