THEY HAVE DEVELOPED AND MANAGES TWO 24-UNIT LOW/MODERATE-INCOME SENIOR HOUSING PROJECTS. THEY ALSO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO VARIOUS TOWNSHIPS, VILLAGES, AND HAMLETS WITH WATER AND SEWER PROJECTS, STORM WATER CONTROL PROJECTS. THEY ARE A HUD APPROVED COUNSELING AGENCY AND AS SUCH OFFERS FINANCIAL COUNSELING ON TOPICS SUCH AS MORTGAGES, CREDIT, DEBT CONSOLIDATION, BANKRUPTCY, BUDGETING AND MORE. THEY ALSO OFFER CLASSES IN HOME OWNERSHIP COUNSELING.
