THE MISSION OF THE UTICA TEACHERS ASSOCIATION IS TO IMPROVE THE LIVES OF OUR MEMBERS AND THE COMMUNITY, TO BRING QUALITY EDUCATION, ECONOMIC JUSTICE, AND SOCIAL JUSTICE TO ALL BY ORGANIZING OUR MEMBERS AND SUPPORTING THEIR PROFESSIONAL GROWTH AND AFFIRMING THEIR RIGHTS, BY CREATING A STRONGER POLITICAL VOICE FOR OUR MEMBERS AND BY CHANGING THE LABOR MOVEMENT TO CREATE A NEW VOICE FOR ALL IN OUR COMMUNITY.
