D/B/A AIRPORTS COUNCIL INTERNATIONAL-NORTH AMERICA (ACI-NA), AND THE FAMILY MEMBERS OF SUCH EMPLOYEES, WHEN SUCH EMPLOYEES AND THEIR FAMILIES ARE FACING SERIOUS HARDSHIP AS A RESULT OF NATURAL DISASTERS OR OTHER EVENTS CAUSING WIDESPREAD SUFFERING IN A PARTICULAR AREA, ALL AS DETERMINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CORPORATION.
