Detailed programs

The Frazier Program to Success is designed to build the capacity of young people by strengthening their life development skills, supporting their education, and preparing them for future opportunities. Through mentorship, skill building activities, and guided planning, the program helps youth grow academically, personally, and professionally so they can confidently navigate their next steps in life.
Brotherhood Legacy is a men’s empowerment and emotional wellness program that provides a safe, supportive space for men to address personal barriers, strengthen life skills, and build healthier pathways for growth. Now one year strong, the program is growing rapidly as men seek connection, healing, and opportunities to improve their lives.
Through guided discussions, peer support circles, mentorship, and practical workshops, participants develop stronger communication skills, emotional resilience, and confidence. Sessions use trauma informed practices and focus on real life challenges related to fatherhood, relationships, employment, and personal identity. The program also connects men to community resources and opportunities for leadership and professional advancement.
Brotherhood Legacy is becoming a cornerstone of our work—helping men build stability, strengthen families, and contribute positively to the community.

Target Audience

Our program serves youth ages 12–18 who face barriers that make it difficult for them to excel, including academic challenges, limited access to supportive resources, social emotional stressors, and environmental obstacles that impact their growth.
We also serve men who need a safe, supportive space to openly discuss and share the barriers they face. Our program provides structured guidance, emotional support, and opportunities for healing, connection, and personal development.

Our services will be delivered within communities across Genesee, Oakland and Saginaw Counties in Michigan with a specific emphasis on neighborhoods identified as underserved, including areas experiencing limited access to educational resources, economic

Current projects

Our current project is to expand our reach by hosting the Goshen Community Summit in partnership with local organizations. This event will invite families to experience a preview of the programs we offer and connect with our team. The summit will also include our Back-to-School Celebration, providing children and mothers with resources, support, and a welcoming space to prepare for the upcoming school year.
We are also launching our full 12-week youth program in October 2026.
Also, the Brotherhood legacy is ongoing and has been implemented for more than one year. We continue to build.

Funding Needs

Funding needs

Funding Needs
To sustain our growth and expand our impact, our organization seeks funding to strengthen program delivery, increase community reach, and support the launch of new initiatives. Funding is needed for:
• Expand the Goshen Community Summit and Back to School Celebration, including event materials, family resources, youth supplies, and partner engagement activities.
• Launch and operate the 12 week Frazier Program To Success, covering curriculum development, facilitators, youth materials, transportation support, and evaluation tools.
• Grow the Brotherhood Legacy program, including space rental, facilitators, wellness activities, and resources that support men’s emotional and professional development.
• Increase staffing and volunteer capacity to meet rising community demand and ensure high quality, trauma informed program delivery.
• Strengthening organizational infrastructure, including technology, outreach materials, and administrative support needed to manage expanding programs.
These investments will allow us to reach more youth, families, and men; deepen program impact; and build sustainable pathways for long term community success.

Impact & Recognition

Outcomes and impact

1. Outcomes: Families gain awareness of services; youth and mothers receive school readiness support; program enrollment increases. Impact: Stronger community connections and greater access to resources for local families.
2. Outcomes: Youth improve goal setting, confidence, and engagement in school or career pathways. Impact: Participants gain the tools and support needed to pursue long term stability and success.
3. Outcomes: Men increase resilience, communication skills, and participation in personal and professional development. Impact: Stronger peer networks and improved pathways for men seeking healing, leadership, and advancement.

Success stories

In 2025, we hosted a two day Job Readiness Workshop for youth ages 16–25. Day One focused on resume building, interview practice, and Dress for Success preparation. On Day Two, participants completed real interviews with local employers.
Out of 30 youth, 20 secured employment as a direct result of the workshop a powerful demonstration of how targeted support, skill building, and access to opportunity can change futures.

Organization achievements

Over the past year, our organization has made significant strides in expanding opportunities, strengthening community engagement, and delivering measurable outcomes for youth and families.
One of our major accomplishments was the successful implementation of our 2025 Job Readiness Workshop for youth ages 16–25. Over two days, participants received resume support, mock interviews, and Dress for Success coaching, followed by on site employer interviews. Of the 30 youth who attended, 20 youth were gained employment, demonstrating our ability to provide direct pathways to workforce readiness and economic stability.
Our Brotherhood Legacy program has also reached an important milestone, completing its first full year of operation. The initiative has grown tremendously, becoming a trusted space where men can openly share barriers, build emotional resilience, and strengthen personal and professional skills. Its rapid expansion reflects both community need and the program’s effectiveness in supporting men’s wellness and growth.
Additionally, we have continued to expand our community presence through collaborative events such as the Goshen Community Summit and our Back-to-School Celebration, which connect families to resources, introduce them to our programs, and strengthen partnerships across the region.
Together, these accomplishments demonstrate our organization’s commitment to delivering high impact programming, fostering community connection, and creating meaningful pathways for youth, families, and men to thrive.
